   Documents inbound and outbound connections, certified partners, API maturity, webhooks, and data ownership. Outcome: confidence the platform will sit cleanly inside your existing stack — PMS, POS, CRS, payments, BI — without brittle middleware.

   Data, Reporting & Analytics

   Covers standard reports, custom report tooling, data exports, warehouse access, and BI compatibility. Outcome: clarity on what insight you'll get out of the system on day one, and how easily your team can build the rest.

   Security & Compliance

   Audits hosting, encryption, access control, PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA, SOC 2, breach response, and data residency. Outcome: a defensible record that the platform meets your brand, owner, and regulator expectations before procurement signs.

   Implementation & Support

   Maps the path from kickoff to go-live: project methodology, data migration, training, cutover, and ongoing support SLAs. Outcome: realistic timelines, resourcing expectations, and accountability defined before the contract is signed.
