Refund Policy

Our 14-day guarantee

We want you to be happy with Hotel RFP Builder Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your order date, subject to acceptable usage of the product (see below).

Acceptable usage

Refunds are available where the product has not been used in any way, and a partial refund where the product has been used in good faith for evaluation purposes. We may decline a refund where, in our reasonable view, the purchase has been used to extract substantial value from the Service before requesting a refund — for example:

  • completing and exporting one or more full RFPs;
  • downloading the bulk of paid templates, scoring frameworks or supplier responses;
  • repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same or related accounts; or
  • use that breaches our Terms & Conditions, including fraudulent activity or abuse of the Service.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact us via the contact page with your order number and a brief reason — we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time via paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for the current billing period are considered on the same 14-day, acceptable-usage basis described above.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-excludable consumer guarantees or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or comparable consumer protection legislation in your country.
